At the request of Tergar Osel Ling Monastery, the Guru Vajradhara His Holiness the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa has kindly agreed to give instructions on the classic Mahamudra practice text, Pointing Out the Dharmakaya, from May 8-28, 2026.

Prerequisites for attendance

Participants are asked to make the following commitments:

a. During the Mahamudra teachings, it is necessary to attend all of the teachings and meditation sessions from start to finish.

b. After receiving the entirety of the teachings, it is necessary to practice in accordance with the provided schedule, which means at least an hour of the practice a day for five years, or completing all the levels of practice for a total of 1825 hours.

c. If you have not completed the Mahamudra preliminary practices (Ngöndro), then you must be able to complete all of it within five years.
