Joy of Living Level 3: Awakening Wisdom

A 3-day workshop with Mingyur Rinpoche

Online Teaching

About this event

What if we could experience life as it truly is, free from the limitations of our habitual beliefs and emotional reactions?

We often see the world through the lens of our expectations, assumptions, and deeply held beliefs. Without realizing it, these habitual ways of thinking shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us, keeping us caught in cycles of dissatisfaction, anxiety and confusion.

In Joy of Living Level 3: Awakening Wisdom, Mingyur Rinpoche will guide us in exploring how we can loosen the grip of these rigid beliefs and learn to see things more clearly, just as they are. As we begin to look beyond our preconceived ideas and emotional reactions, we can discover the basic purity and goodness of our true nature, along with a deeper sense of ease, freedom and joy.

Over this three-day workshop, Rinpoche will introduce the three essential aspects of the practice: view, meditation, and application. Through simple language, relatable examples, and easy-to-understand metaphors, he will make profound insights accessible and relevant to everyday life. We will explore these insights through resting and analytical meditation, and learn how to bring this understanding into our daily experiences, relationships, and challenges.

Awakening wisdom is not about acquiring more knowledge or adopting a new set of beliefs. It is about learning to see beyond the limitations of our habitual thinking and discovering the freedom that comes from relating to ourselves and the world with greater clarity and openness.

Level 3 also marks the completion of the Joy of Living meditation path. It provides an important bridge to the Path of Liberation, where practitioners can deepen their exploration of the nature of mind and reality.

Join Mingyur Rinpoche for three days of teachings, meditatio and exploration, and discover how wisdom can transform the way we experience life.
