Anytime Anywhere Meditation at Dorje Drolo

Presided by H.E. Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche

In-Person

About this event

Many of us like the idea of meditation, but struggle to find extra time, a quiet space, a fixed posture, or a peaceful state of mind to practice meditation. These often feel like real barriers to building a consistent practice and experiencing its benefits. But what if meditation didn’t actually require any of that? What if you could meditate right now, right here — exactly as you are?

For the first time in Tergar Asia, Mingyur Rinpoche will teach his newest program, Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM). In this program, Rinpoche condenses the essential meditation practices and offers simple yet profound guidance on how to bring meditation into daily life. The essence of AAM lies in the understanding that your true nature is already perfect. Meditation is not about fixing yourself — it’s about recognizing and being in this natural state of awareness, kindness and wisdom.

Rather than requiring special conditions, AAM shows how to meditate anytime, anywhere — while scrolling through your phone, attending meetings, drinking coffee, or navigating life’s ups and downs. Even difficult emotions become part of the path, not obstacles to avoid.

Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, AAM offers accessible and transformative instructions to deepen and enrich your practice. Meditation beginners will learn practical techniques to “meditate short time, many times.” Experienced practitioners will discover how AAM teachings dissolve the boundary between formal and informal practice, allowing meditation to become a natural, effortless part of daily life.
