About this event
Within Mingyur Rinpoche’s Tergar system of teachings and practice, there are two principal yidam deities: one peaceful and one wrathful.
The foremost peaceful deity is White Tara, and the foremost wrathful deity is Dorje Drolö.
White Tara practice corresponds to Level 5 of the Path of Liberation—the pinnacle of Tergar's teaching and practice curriculum.
The White Tara liturgy, Radiance of the Heart, was composed by Mingyur Rinpoche himself. It is simple, direct, powerful and filled with blessings.
Rinpoche has emphasized that the essence of the White Tara teachings lies in the union of nature of mind recognition and generation-stage practice.
As Rinpoche says: “The only difference between White Tara and you is that you have not yet fully recognized awareness.”
White Tara offers the twin protection of deathlessness and fearlessness, bestowing long life, good health, and favourable conditions for practice.
Your invitation from White Tara has arrived—will you say yes?
