The Path of Liberation Level 5 is a White Tara practice based on the sadhana text composed by Mingyur Rinpoche, “Radiance of the Heart”. It is an experiential practice that combines the traditional developmental stage and completion stage practices with the Mahamudra nature of mind practice.

White Tara represents the enlightened qualities of all awakened beings. Connecting with these profound characteristics in her can help us unlock our own true nature and intrinsic qualities. In this program, Mingyur Rinpoche will introduce the White Tara practice and the profound methods used within it.

Lama Trinley will assist Rinpoche to teach the sadhana practice, while Lama Yadie will lead the group practice.
