2017 Joy of Living Workshop

We have the pleasure to have Mingyur Rinpoche lead the Joy of Living workshop in Hong Kong.

10:00am – 9:00pm (lunch break 12:00n – 1:30pm;  dinner break 6:30 – 7:30 pm)

Description:
Mingyur Rinpoche will teach meditation techniques for workshop participants.  Participants will learn to practise meditation anywhere, anytime in their daily lives.

Ticket Price:
to be fixed (around HK$1,000 to HK$1,500 for the 4-day workshop)
