Event ticket is sold by TERGAR for admission to a particular event.  The ticket is sold subject to the following conditions:

1. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a ticket is sold except in the instance that the event is cancelled.  Service charges, if any, are not refundable.  Please carefully review the event details before purchasing the ticket.
2. All rights are reserved to add, withdraw, substitute and / or vary advertised programme contents, price, venue, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
3. Late arrivals may result in non-admittance or until a suitable break in the event.
4. Unauthorised photo-taking, audio recording and video recording are not permitted.
5. TERGAR may arrange official photographer(s) to film and take photos in the event for marketing and promotion purpose.
6. Entry must be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced or are not purchased from TERGAR or other authorised agent.
