ForeverGift.hk is a Hong Kong-based social enterprise that partners with charities and lawyers to make legacy giving accessible. They provide free will-drafting services to donors who make a small immediate donation and include a legacy gift in their will. Tergar Asia has partnered with ForeverGift.hk to serve our supporters in Hong Kong.

The process is simple:

Apply to ForeverGift.hk and make a minimum immediate donation of HKD 5,000 to Tergar Asia.

Complete a will instruction form detailing your wishes (including a minimum legacy gift of HKD 5,000 to Tergar Asia).

A partner lawyer will draft your will and contact you for a consultation.

You sign your will at ForeverGift.hk's center in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, witnessed by the lawyer.
All legal work and witnessing are provided free of charge through ForeverGift.hk's partner law firms.

The free ForeverGift.hk service is designed for relatively straightforward wills in Hong Kong. If your estate involves overseas assets, trusts, or other complexities, the partner lawyer will advise you on whether their service is suitable. In some cases, you may need to consult a private lawyer for more specialized advice.

Simply contact your insurance agent or company and request a beneficiary change form. Name "Tergar Asia Foundation" as a beneficiary, using our legal name and address. Specify the percentage or fixed amount you wish to designate. Return the form to your provider and keep a copy for your records. Then please register your gift with us.

No. You remain the full owner of the policy. You can change the beneficiary at any time, and you retain access to the policy's cash value if applicable. Naming Tergar Asia as a beneficiary simply means that after your passing, the designated portion of the payout will come to us.

That is perfectly normal and always your right. You can update your will or beneficiary designations at any time. If you do, we only ask that you let us know if your gift to Tergar Asia changes significantly, so our records remain accurate.
