Making a will with a legacy gift to Tergar Asia is a simple three-step process, completely managed by Forevergift.hk and its partner lawyers.
Complete an application form with Forevergift.hk. If accepted, you will receive confirmation and instructions to make a minimum immediate donation of HKD 5,000 directly to Tergar Asia. You will need to submit your donation receipt to proceed.
You complete a will instruction form detailing how you wish to distribute your estate (including a minimum legacy gift of HKD 5,000 to Tergar Asia). A partner lawyer will then contact you for a free consultation to confirm your wishes and will draft your will for free.
Once the will is ready, you will be invited to the Forevergift.hk center in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong to review and sign your will in the presence of the lawyer and the required witnesses, ensuring it is legally valid.
All legal arrangements are handled directly between you and Forevergift.hk's partner law firms. Tergar Asia does not provide legal advice—our role is to receive and steward your gift with gratitude, and to accompany you on the spiritual journey of letting go. Please note: This free service is for relatively straightforward wills in Hong Kong. For more complex estates (e.g., overseas assets, trusts), the lawyers can advise if their service is suitable.
