Path of Liberation Levels 3 & 4 Online Course

with Mingyur Rinpoche

Building on the foundational teachings of the Joy of Living, the Path of Liberation program is an exploration of nature of mind practice that puts us directly in touch with our awakened nature – the radiant purity of awareness. Tergar’s Path of Liberation teachings draw from the Mahamudra, Dzogchen and Madhyamaka traditions as well as Mingyur Rinpoche’s own practice experience.

In this program, Rinpoche teaches mainly according to the pith instruction method based on the stages of meditation. After the pointing-out instructions of “All phenomena come from mind” and “Mind is emptiness” in Levels 1 and 2, in Levels 3 and 4, Rinpoche will teach on the next two instructions of “Emptiness is spontaneous presence” and “Spontaneous presence is self-liberation”.

In this retreat, Tzunma Miao Rong will assist Rinpoche in teaching.

Prerequisites for attendance

Fullly attended Tergar's Path of Liberation Levels 1 and 2 and completed all of the practice requirements.
