[Programme]

When we fully recognise the nature of mind, liberation follows. This is why Mingyur Rinpoche calls nature of mind practices a path of liberation. What is the essence of the path of liberation? It’s to see the pure nature of ourselves, which is the nature of awareness, says Mingyur Rinpoche. “It is also called buddha nature, nature of mind, dharmakaya, buddha, emptiness, luminosity, and many other names. It is the mind’s true nature, and the nature of ourselves.”

For more information about the Path of Liberation, please see the Tergar Asia programme page.

Two courses will be offered at the retreat. Each participant may join ONLY ONE of the two courses. Joining both courses at the same time will NOT be allowed.
